Avengers Assemble has proved to be a summer – sort of – sizzler, but perhaps equally anticipated is Ridley Scott’s Prometheus, a prequel to his Alien franchise, which is carrying a phenomenal amount of marketing and hype.

The world premiere takes place in London on Thursday, 31st May – the eve before general release – at the Empire, Leicester Square.
Stars of the film including Noomi Rapace, Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender, Logan Marshall-Green, Guy Pearce and director Scott will all be in attendance.
It seems cast member and Londoner Idris Elba will be absent from the proceedings, but there are still ‘additional guests’ TBC, so who knows, there may be hope yet.
Talent is set to arrive at 6pm and the event is sure to be a roadblock so get there early!
Check out the trailer below.
Prometheus hits cinemas on 1st June.
