The Dictator is the next controversial film and character from the mind of Ali G creator, Sacha Baron Cohen. Cohen plays Admiral General Aladeen of fictional Wadiya in North Africa, but a trip to America finds that he is stripped of his power and must do what it takes to reclaim it.

The film premiered in London on Thursday night, with Cohen attending the event as his character in typical fashion, perhaps to avoid awkward questions from the press. Meanwhile, co-star Anna Faris turned up as her self, while other members of the cast Ben Kingsley and Megan Fox appeared to be absent.
