The Avengers, sorry, Avengers Assemble is released in just over a fortnight, which means we’re pant-wettingly close to seeing “Earth’s Mightiest Heroes” together on the silver screen for the first time.
Who are the earth’s mightiest heroes you say?
Well, Colonel Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) has assembled Captain America (Chris Evans), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) and The Hulk/Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) to take down a threat, which appears to be led by Thor’s brother – of sorts – Loki (Tom Hiddleston).
Pretty impressive, yes?
So who are you most looking forward to see in action again? Iron Man? Thor? Or maybe you want to see the Hulk officially portrayed as the good guy for a change.

Have to admit this is one movie I am being a total geeky fan-girl about. I actually squeal and bounce in my seat every time I see the trailer.
I love all the characters individually but this ensemble is going to be phenomenal. I might have had doubts if it had been anyone else at the helm but knowing how big a comic book fan Joss Whedon is has given me total faith in what he’s going to do.
Whenever I see any of the ensemble posters I actually stand and stare. Amazing cast, awesome characters and Joss at the helm. Bring it on.
