A new dawn is here as some more stills from The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 are released for us all to clap our Twi-sight upon.

The main still comes from a scene in the woods when tensions have mounted between Jacob’s (Taylor Lautner) new pack (consisting of himself, Seth and Leah) and his old one.

This has come about as the object of Jake’s desire, Bella (Kristen Stewart), has been determined prey by his old friends due to the ‘abomination’ she is carrying inside of her.

She hasn’t had a banquet of veal, she’s pregnant.

I’ve seen the werewolf confrontation and it is incredibly tense, which I hope leads on to a spot of wolf on wolf duelling.

I’ve also had a look at that Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella moment as they arrive on Isle Esme for their honeymoon and it appears to unfold the same way as it does in the novel, with Bella just as awkward and neurotic as ever while she frantically shears the fur from her legs and power-scrubs her teeth.

Carlisle (Peter Facinelli) has new hair, Bella’s wig appears to be in better condition (although she’s uncharacteristically tanned) and Jacob is sporting some designer stubble, changes are happening left right and centre and this is only the beginning.
